1. General Terms
All bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, cruise, or travel service provider.
Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the service provider’s processing time.
2. Cancellations by the Traveler
a. Before Departure
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a service fee of [X% or fixed amount].
15–30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost refunded.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.
b. No-Shows
If you fail to show up for a booked service, no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellations by Holiday Nation
If Holiday Nation must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions):
You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
4. Changes to Bookings
Date or destination changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Change requests must be made in writing at least [X days] before departure.
5. Non-Refundable Services
